Licensed Residential General Contractors Near You
Home improvement contractors for residences in Northeastern Indiana.
Local Roots. Local Values.
Samuel Sherman, founder and head contractor for Blitz Properties, grew up in Northern Indiana, and today he’s raising his own family in rural Steuben County.
Local upbringing shapes the way he runs this company: with the same honesty, care, and follow-through he’d want for his own family home. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find him spending time with his wife and kids, and involved in his community and church.
Experience Built Project by Project
Samuel grew up working on house and car projects, and spent 6+ years in the electrical field, building a hands-on understanding of how homes work from the inside out. After renovating two houses of his own and building his own home from the ground up, Samuel decided to put that experience to work helping other homeowners. Blitz Properties was started in 2021.
